“Black & Shepard and DIH PAMS open the door to new business in Europe”

 

Today Black & Shepard and DIH announced they have signed an OEM Partnership agreement on January 22nd, 2018.

 

Under this agreement Black & Shepard (www.blackshepard.com) will leverage the Pharmacy Automation technology from DIH’s subsidiary Cretem (www.en.dih-tech.com) to offer Automatic Tablet Dispensing solutions under the Black & Shepard Prime brand.

 

With this partnership Black & Shepard further expands its portfolio and enhances the Medication Safety solution set it offers to Retail Pharmacies, Hospitals, Care Centers and Blister Centers.

 

As per Marco Schaefer, CEO of Black & Shepard: “We are delighted to be able to include the DIH Cretem technology into our portfolio. With this we enlarge our Prime offering with a technologically advanced solution with high value for money. Our customers will benefit from offerings that increase their efficiency and provide highest possible medication safety.”

The companies announced that the focus of their partnership are the healthcare markets in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, The Netherlands and Central European countries. Both parties have also agreed on their intention to include further Pharmacy Automation & Medication Solutions portfolio of the DIH family of companies in the partnership agreement.
